Call forwarding

Four call forwarding services are available depending on the condition These services are part of the supplementary service group call offering :
  • Call forwarding unconditional (CFU) Call forwarding unconditional allows a mobile subscriber to forward each incoming call to another directory number, whatever his condition may be.
  • Call forwarding on mobile subscriber busy (CFB) Call forwarding on mobile subscriber busy allows a mobile subscriber to forward incoming calls due to a busy situation depending on either the mobile station or the network.
  • Call forwarding on no reply (CFNRY) Call forwarding on no reply allows the subscriber to forward incoming calls if he does not reply within a specific time.
  • Call forwarding on mobile subscriber not reachable (CFNRC) Call forwarding on mobile subscriber not reachable enables a mobile subscriber to forward incoming calls when he is not reachable

How-to Divert all calls:

Activation: * * 21 * Number # SEND
Deactivation: # # 21 # SEND
Checking: * # 21 # SEND

How-to Divert all calls when your line is busy:
Activation: * * 67 * Number # SEND
Deactivation: # # 67 # SEND
Checking: * # 67 # SEND

How-to Divert all calls when you don't answer a call:
Activation: * * 61 * Number # SEND
* * 61 * Number * * time # SEND


Note:
The second activation code changes number of seconds of ringing for the given service before diverting a call (such as on no answer). Seconds must be a value from 5 to 30. De-registering the same divert will also delete this change!


Deactivation:

# # 61 # SEND
Checking: * # 61 # SEND

How-to Divert all calls when your phone is off or out of coverage:
Activation: * * 62 * Number # SEND
Deactivation: # # 62 # SEND
Checking: * # 62 # SEND
